Our pool of investors and lenders consist of private firms and private capital funds with a minimum of £50 million to over £50 billion of assets under management. We have also established relationships with a wide network of lenders and investors including: insurance companies, syndication’s/partnerships, regional banks, international banks, credit companies, pension funds and hedge funds.
AGENCY & BROKERAGE
We offer solutions to facilitate our clients with cross-border introductions to funders, joint ventures or equity buyout partners in the Americas and Asia, this can also include brand introductions, new region license agreements and franchise opportunities.

Our Team
Mona Zhang
Originally from Beijing, China, Mona worked at Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Pfandbriefbank and Harwell Capital in London in the capital markets, real estate finance and risk management area. She had distributed varies property and venture capital funds after her banking career. Mona has accumulated more than 14-years of experience in real estate finance, private equity real estate, credit risk, and venture capital finance.
Shaun Wootton
Shaun has over 35 years’ experience in business, involved in hospitality, telecoms, aviation, property development and finance. Co Investor in a number of business start-ups (Fintech, Telecom, Property and App). A Board member and consultant to several enterprises with global growth acceleration.
With a wealth of connections in the private equity and capital markets in Europe and Asia. Shaun works with a small number of Asian families to provide an independent family office solution for their UK investments and trophy purchases. Shaun is also currently working on developing out several projects in Saudi Arabia.
